When checking out of our shopping cart you will be using a Secure SSL form. The form is encrypted, or scrambled, so your private information will not be viewed by anyone else while it is in transit to us.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard or Money Orders
Enter your Credit Card information with confidence that our shopping cart is Secure. In addition to your Credit Card number and expiration date, we ask for your Credit Card
Verification Number (CVV2). The CVV2 number appears on the reverse side of your Credit Card. It is printed on the signature strip. All that is needed are the last three (3) digits.
This number protects both of us from fraudulent charges.

Online Ordering
The fastest ordering method is online.
You can place your order through our secure shopping cart, by clicking on the items, sizes, prices, method of payment, and order completed.

Phone Orders
Phone orders are an option when a representative is available. All messages will be confirmed before any merchandise is shipped. This method may delay the processing of the order. Please have your information ready and form of payment available.

Fax orders
Another option in placing your order. Simply add selected items to your shopping cart, proceed with checkout and choose the Pay by Fax option.
Print your order form (including your CC information) and fax to 860-285-8172
This method of ordering will also be confirmed before order is shipped.

Mail Orders
This is going to be the slowest method of ordering. The procedure is the same by selecting items to your shopping cart, proceed with checkout and choose the Pay by Mail option.
Prior to shipping the order, the information will be confirmed prior to the shipping of the order.

Shipping & Fees

At this time we are only shipping orders in the USA, the 48 contiguous states, sorry for any
inconveniences.

Before your order is shipped to you, the product goes through many steps to assure it is in the ultimate, useable condition. It is inspected when received from our manufacturer and again inspected before being packaged for your order. The packaging material is approved for shipping for the different methods of mailing. Once out of our hands the package is handled by numerous people, as well as numerous shipping procedures. All imaginable possibilities can happen to the package. If you receive the order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, so we can place a claim and resend the merchandise out immediately.

We use different methods of shipping, depending on your expectation of delivery. Please specify your preference.

Return Policy

At makingfacesllc we stand behind our products. Sometimes when you purchase an item, you may change your mind. Understandable, but only unopened items ( that means if the seal is broken, you own it ) may be returned within 14 days of the receipt, of delivery, for a refund, credit, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). Orders returned for refund or credit of $50.00 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization number is required for all returned merchandise. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Refunds are only reimbursed by our checks, regardless of what form of original payment you might have used for the order. Refer to the COLOUR FINDER CHART if in doubt of the correct colour match for your complexion. Also, remember we have our TRIAL SIZES. This will certainly save both parties time and expense.

How to Return an Item

Contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA #).

E-mail, info@makingfacesllc.com and we will be happy to assist you.

• Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, as it was received. Please include the RA# on the address label. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt with a brief written statement as to why the items are being returned.

• Returned package would need to be shipped with the item(s) via USPS and we recommend insuring the package for your protection. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified. Credits and refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of return.

makingFaces LLC cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, please prepay, insure and use mailing confirmation for all returns.

As far as ordering an incorrect foundation, we encourage one of two things or both; please consult with our COLOUR FINDER CHART and/or we have a TRIAL SIZE available. This will save you time and shipping cost and will help us with our inventory control expenses.
